Did you know that training before doing analyzes can affect the results?
Avoid intense exercise in the 48 hours prior to your tests.
If this is not possible, try to rest at least 30 minutes before the collection, so that your metabolism returns to normal and does not interfere with the test results. Ideally, all laboratory tests must be performed under the baseline conditions on which the reference values of the analyzes are based.
